RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, unused or in resellable condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of use, damage, missing accessories, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 4 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Claims submitted after 4 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


90-DAY PRODUCT PROTECTION

Our 90-Day Product Protection applies exclusively to manufacturing defects or product malfunction issues.

If your product experiences a manufacturing defect or functional issue during this period, please contact us and we will review the case accordingly.

This protection does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Promotional mystery box products
- Used or opened products where permitted by applicable law

Any promotional gifts, bonus items, or mystery box products included with the order must also be returned in order to qualify for a full refund.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
