SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are typically between 7–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information
- International transportation disruptions
- Events outside our control


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email when available.

We recommend customers regularly monitor their tracking updates after shipment.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive their order.

If a package is returned after multiple failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to the shipping carrier, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these situations.

Any refund issued in these situations may exclude shipping, handling, and return logistics costs.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Vinyl Legends is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly or contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Claims submitted after 4 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
